Evergreen Select Refund and Exchange Policy
All of our products are handcrafted and take time and effort to curate therefore there are no returns or exchanges on any of our items from our shop. In the unlikely event you receive a damaged item, we will happily replace it within 2 days of receiving the order. Please contact us within 2 days of item receipt and also send photos of the damages to us at connect@evergreenselect.com
Please be advised that you will be responsible for the return shipping cost.
Shipping Address Change
If the order has not been fulfilled, then we can change shipping addresses. If the order has been fulfilled we suggest reaching out to the shipping. And we do not ship to P.O. Box addresses.
Order Cancellations
Once your Evergreen Select order is placed our floral designers and staff begin working on it immediately. We are not able to accept any cancellations for orders placed.
Evergreen Select does not credit original shipping charges.
