Evergreen Select Shipping Policy

Processing Your Order:

For the Evergreen Luna and Evergreen Sol Collections - please allow 1-3 business days for us to process and ship your order. All orders are shipped FedEx or USPS and International orders are shipped USPS International. We do not ship or process orders on Sundays.

Local Delivery:

If you would like us to deliver your order to you, please contact connect@evergreenselect.com so we can arrange it. Our delivery times are 10am - 5pm on weekdays and Saturday. The customer will have to provide the order number and a valid ID when coming to pick up at our office located on 640 S San Vicente Blvd. Los Angeles, CA 90048. (ID Name must match the name on the order.) 

 Local Delivery (MONDAY - SATURDAY)

  • Addresses we currently deliver to: 90209, 90210, 90211, 90212, 90213, 90290, 91301, 91302, 91372, 90025, 90035, 90048, 94513
  • Delivery Timeframe (ASAP, specified time, LATEST within 48 hours)
  • Info via text and email only - customer will receive text message or email when the order is on the way

Standard Domestic Shipping:

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking number to update within the carrier’s system. When the tracking is updated, you will be able to see the status of your order. 

Edit, Cancel Order and /or Shipping Address Change:

Shipping Addresses can be changed ONLY if the order has not been fulfilled. If the order has been fulfilled we advise reaching out to the shipping carrier for an alternate solution.

Due to the fast nature of our supply chain our warehouse staff begin working on your order right away. For this reason we're unable to accept any order cancellations.
